What governs this website, and why the prices on it are ranges rather than offers.

Last updated October 20, 2026.

This page sets out the ground rules for reading capecoralgaragedoorrepairs.com. The job itself runs on a separate document: the written price you sign off on at your garage. If anything here clashes with that signed price, the signed price wins.

Why our prices are shown as ranges

The dollar figures across this site, the cost page included, are typical spreads for Cape Coral and the rest of Lee County. They are a guide for budgeting, not a promise to charge a set amount. Door weight, the failed part and access all change the real number, which is why a technician looks before quoting. The only binding price is the one you approve in writing, and it stays put once you do.

Helpful reading, not a diagnosis

Our articles on springs, openers, cables, rust and storm ratings explain what usually happens with doors in this part of Florida. They cannot tell you what is wrong with your particular door, and they are not a how-to. Torsion springs in particular can cause serious injury, so please leave that work to a trained technician.

Building rules

Our notes on permits and wind-load ratings describe how things generally work in Lee County and its cities as of the date above. Codes are updated and each address can be treated a little differently. The local building department has the final say.

Fair use of this site

You are welcome to read, print or share any page. Copying our writing onto another site, running automated scrapers, or harvesting phone numbers for sales lists is not allowed.

A message is not an appointment

Calling us or filling in the form opens a conversation only. No contract exists and no time slot is reserved until we confirm the details with you in writing.

Other websites

If a page points you to a site we do not run, its content and policies are the responsibility of whoever runs it.

Keeping the site up

We work to keep these pages correct and reachable, but cannot promise they always will be. Content may be edited or taken down at any time.

Liability

As far as Florida law allows, we accept no responsibility for indirect or consequential losses that come from reading this site or acting on its general information. Nothing here reduces any liability the law does not let us reduce, or your rights under a signed work agreement.

Which law applies

These terms fall under Florida law. Any dispute about the website is for the courts that serve Lee County.
