Privacy policy
What we collect, what we use it for, and how to get it deleted.

The short of it: we use what you send to quote your door and get to the right address. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to anyone else who wants to sell you something.
What reaches us
- The quote form. Name, phone number, property address, which service you picked and anything in the details box.
- Phone records. Where the number on this site is a tracked line, the time, duration and caller ID are logged. If a call is recorded you are told at the start, before you speak to anyone.
- Server logs. Like any website, the host keeps standard logs of page requests (time, browser type, IP address) for security and to keep the site running.
What we never want
No date of birth, no social security number, no bank or card details. Garage door work is paid for at the door or by invoice afterward. If a page claiming to be us asks for any of that, it is not us, so close it and call the number below.
What we do with it
Quote the job, schedule the visit, and see which pages and calls bring people to us. There is no other use. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not resell inquiries to other garage door companies. The people who answer are the people who do the work.
Who else handles it
Only what the business needs to run: the web host, the service that delivers the form to our inbox, and the call-tracking provider that runs the phone number on this site. Each sees only its own slice. A court order is the only other thing that would move anything.
Cookies
The call-tracking service may set a cookie so the right phone number shows on each visit. No advertising network is following you from this site to another. Block or clear cookies and every page still works.
How long it is kept
Inquiries that never became a job are held for a reasonable period, in case you come back when the door finally gives up, and then deleted. Records of completed work are kept as long as Florida tax and contracting rules require.
Getting it changed or removed
Call (239) 933-6721. You can ask what we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted where we are not obliged to keep it, or simply tell us not to contact you again. No form, no reason needed.
Children
This site exists for property owners booking garage door work. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from under-18s.
Security
Served over HTTPS, and form submissions travel encrypted. Even so, a web form is not the place for anything genuinely sensitive, so phone us instead.
Changes
The date at the top moves whenever this policy does.
